The Bath AuthorityReviews of thebathauthority.com

From the sales rep to the installers, the people are great. Knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, clean and true to their time tables. I have a new shower enclosure in time for the holidays. Thank you!

The installation was a lot quicker than I expected . The workers knew exactly what they were doing . They cleaned up the place as they worked .

What a great company. I had them replace a walk in shower. They did a fantastic job. Looks amazing. Left the area spotless. Best part was the workers were friendly and answered all my questions about the install. Customer service department was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to redo my other bathroom.

Andre the manager is very respectful, accommodating, and hires quality employees. The salesman, Sam, is very respectful, accommodating, and gave me the best deal possible. The two gentlemen doing the installation, Tom and Joe, are as good as it gets. They are very respectful and skilled, they take the time to answer all questions, they are very diligent with the work that they do, and they are very careful to not leave a mess. I highly recommend them.

Danny & Tyler were great. Would gladly recommend them, and Bath Authority, for tub to shower remodel. 10-12-2023.

We had our outdated shower replaced by this company. The entire process, from sale estimate to installation, went smoothly. our installer Brodie was courteous, professional, and efficient. We are satisfied.

Wish we’d done this years ago! Appreciate the professionalism of our installer Kenny. We’ve worked with other home improvement companies and can highly recommend the Bath Authority from sales to job completion.

Zach Taylor and his helper from The Bath Authority completed our new walk-in shower in ONE day and it's absolutely beautiful. When they left it was like nobody was ever there and spotless. Zach's communication throughout the work was outstanding, pre-job, during and post job. The workmanship and quality of the materials are even better than we expected. Big thank you to Zach and The Bath Authority for giving us the bathroom of our dreams and for making the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. Highly professional staff in all regards. Highly recommend The Bath Authority for home improvement projects. John O'Malley Cleveland, Ohio
