Was looking for a part for my kia k5 they had it in stocks for a good price,,ordered it and received it within a few days no problems at all

So I ordered 2 upper and 2 lower control arms for my 72 cutlass. The ordering and delivery process was ok. The uppers aren't the correct ones that I need so I tried to email and call to see if I could get an exchange and now they aren't answering my calls. This business doesn't seem to be very professional. Will not answer the phone or return emails. I would not recommend.

Took 3 days to arrive to the west coast from the east coast! Pretty fast if you ask me. Make sure you place the harmonic balancer/crank shaft hub on correctly! I put it on backwards and I thought they sent me the wrong part. It took me about a week to take it out and put it on the right way. The part was great quality. Customer service is fast and will email you, call you and text you back.

Good shipping time. Shipping is a bit high, but total cost still very good. Overall no issues

Ordered a part that stated it would fit this year in model car. It came in and it in fact does not fit. Cannot get anyone to reply back to me on how to initiate a refund. Also, the box it came in, was not near big enough for the part so it was taped halfway open in order for it to fit, no idea how it made it here in one piece

Product was ordered on 5/18/2024. Credit card was charged the same day. I received the product today 5/24/2024 at 4:54 PM Pacific which isn't too long. At 10:18 AM today, the website stated "Order Status: Processed". The website tracking says: "Estimated Delivery Date : Wed, Dec 31" which wouldn't be 2024. Website states: "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". I atttempted to chat on the website and it submits an email, not chat. At this point I was worried this shipper was a scam artist but when I coppied the tracking number into the USPS website, it said it was out for delivery.
