came damaged and bent

My fender came with decents and one part was completely bent

I never received a tracking number on purchases. Only got shipped to me and haven't heard anything on the other item. I probably won't be buying any auto parts from there again. Just being honest

I have tried calling and contacting multiple times to return a car part via email and phone call but there seems to be a lack of follow-up.

I ordered a part from this company, thinking I'd have it by Monday, per the website saying it would be delivered Monday. The part was to allow me to have air conditioning in my vehicle. I could have ordered from many other websites, but chose this one based on delivery date. Instead, they never sent my confirmation email until I called on Monday, and they said the part would come Friday. So I had to basically go over 8 days in 100 plus degree heat, with no air conditioner and I have a child. That is unacceptable. The other thing is that I called and asked for a discount and the customer service man, in India, said he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me. In fact, he did no such thing! Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I have not received an update on my package as of yet as to when it will be shipped.

I've received the item that I had ordered and I still receiving email stating that my orders should be arriving soon. I think they have a glitch in there system.
