The part is a perfect match and fit. Communication lacked as far as shipping notification. Never received any info until the night before the item arrived. I honestly thought I had been scammed. Lol.

I didn’t like how it just came wrapped in plastic, don’t get me wrong, it’s convenient than some big boxes but it’s just arrived a little crooked, but it’s an easy fix with time, but whether it was the carrier or not it ended up getting some nicks and dents in it when I got to unpacking it.

Part arrived two days earlier than advised with regular shipping

The item arrived 2 days late... The packaging was ok, it did get a bit banged up but the parts was ok. But was supposed to be here Tuesday, did not arrive until today. They need to get on FEDEX about the tracking data. Product quality is decent.

The picture of part and description didn't match. It was fine because I am sure eventually the other handle will break so I kept and ordered another one.

Shipping was too expensive. I paid $10 shipping on a $5 part
