They advertised a bumper that wasn't in stock. After a few days they finally canceled the order said it would be two days. When I checked to see what was going on 4 days later they informed me again they Cancelled it but now it would be 5-7 business days. Which is now a week and half more. If you try to call them, you will only get a voice message. The Bumper wasn't cheap.

Great price, but first part arrived damaged. After filing a damage claim, 10 days later the second, even more damaged part arrived. This time, seller unilaterally cancelled order and claimed I had requested it. On the contrary, I had clearly asked them to fulfill the order. So far, no refund. Nonetheless, I placed a new order, and the part arrived promptly with acceptable, repairable damage. Lesson: be realistic, acknowledge this stuff is shipped from another hemisphere, and assume most sheet metal parts will arrive damaged. It’s just a question of how much damage you are willing to accept, and how much time the seller wants to spend on customer service.

It was easy to fine what I needed and the price for the part was very good! I think you should work on the price of shipping, as that is the only downside I saw.

I have yet to receive my order or a shipping confirmation and I made my order and paid for it a week ago, which is not what was advertised or paid for.

If I could choose a zero or negative stars, I would. I placed an order and received an order confirmation on 06/22. On 06/26, they had not sent tracking. I contacted them and they told me my order did not meet their "criteria" because the billing and delivery addresses were different and they didn't bother to send notification or send my money back. They received payment and failed to ship. This caused a delay in a project. I was promised a refund on the 26th. That did not happen, and I filed a complaint with PayPal on the 28th. Update: July 2 after filing a complaint with PayPal a refund is supposed to be issued from PayPal.

I ordered my alloy wheel on June 21st, but next week they said it was not in stock. They assured me a refund within 2 days starting last Monday. However, it has been over a week now, and I have not received any communication regarding the refund despite repeated attempts via phone and email. I ask for immediate processing of my refund.
