Very nice quality; however I hoped I'd fit in the chair, but being a tall man -6'8"- I didn't feel comfortable. Anyway, my wife got a great present and lives it!

Our brand new furniture looks great! However, one chair is missing a spring, so it does not recline properly, which is disappointing. I will be calling the company about this.

We had a tight time line and expected the chairs in place for a birthday party. When I ordered them the 4-5 week lead time meant that they should be here no problem. With a week and a half before the party I checked on the status of delivery. The response was non-committal but said I should have it no later than the 11th which was 2 days too late and a week beyond the 5 weeks quoted. I pressed the issue a bit and let them know that we expected it by the 9th. A few days later I got a shipment notification letting us know that the expected delivery date was the 8th, so I was relieved and proceeded to send out invitations. A few days later I received an e-mail with a phone number we should call to schedule delivery. I called that number and was informed that they had contracted a 3rd party trucking firm to make my final delivery and gave me a new number to call them. I contacted them and was dismayed to find out that they had received the furniture too late to make the delivery on the 8th as planned and wouldn't be able to deliver until the following week. I then explained the situation with The Theater Store and Manna, the original trucking company and pleaded with them to find another way to get the seats here in time. Manna replied a day later saying that they found another third party to make the delivery and it would be done on the 8th. Then on the 8th we got a call saying that the delivery guy was sick and would make delivery on the 9th. After all was said and done, we received the chairs 3.5 hrs before the party. Delivery and setup was excellent. The chairs are comfortable and were popular among the guests. I'd give 5 stars, but there was far too much stress about the delivery.

I had a hard time finding the right seats for my home theater. I looked everywhere and still everything was too pricey or just did not fit my needs. Eventually, a friend of mine told me I should check out TheaterSeatStore.com. I was skeptical, but then when I looked at the site, I could see why it was highly recommended. This site is easy to navigate and I immediately found something I like. I also impressed with their good response for excellent customer services. Ordering was easy and I found my seats and got it in the same week.

The seat and the company are great. The blue lights are very bright though so you would never have them on when watching TV. The seat is comfortable, does not recline as far as a lazy boy though. As for delivery services, I was very prepared for it to take a long time as the customer service was great but the local company I had to deal with claimed they could not find my house so they waited an extra week for delivery. All in all good seats and I would purchase again.

It has always been a dream of mine to own a home theater since my old age has made it harder for me to go to the movies whenever I want. I thought that having the perfect home theater only relied on finding the right flat screen TV and what not until I experienced watching a 2-hour long movie with a very uncomfortable seat. I never thought I could develop worse back pains! The fact that I liked watching movies regularly at home did not help either. However, that all changed when I came across a theater seat from the theater seat store. These seats are so comfortable that doing 3-hour movie marathons is a piece of cake! I also started noticing that my back is starting to hurt less and less! These seats are so comfortable that I could not count the times that I have slept on them like a baby. Their seats are perfect for someone like me who have back and other body problems. It is also a great space-saver which is why they are easier to move around when I want to watch my movies from a different angle. I did not need to ask help from anybody else. Great seats!
