We ordered the octane turbo which showed up in a severely damaged box. The delivery driver would not let us inspect the product. He stated we would have to sign accepting the product condition prior to him unloading the boxes off the truck and allowing us to open them to see the extent of the damage. The delivery driver also parked in the road and was blocking traffic almost a a few head on collisions as drivers tried to go around him. After I notified Theater Store they asked if I would take delivery of the damaged box/product and if the product needed repair or replacement they would work with me directly. I am not interested in being even more inconveniences as I take off from work so they can send a repairman to repair a product that was obviously damaged before I even took possession however I reluctantly agreed. Then they called me back and said I would be responsible for the re-delivery fee of $170. I told them I would not pay this and they said oh well basically. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH. RUN AWAY AND RUN FAST!!!!!!!

This could be the worst company I've ever had to deal with. 8-10 weeks for delivery? More like 16-20 with no updates or returned phone calls. There was no white glove delivery. Delivery was done by a 3rd party freight service - young sweaty guy who wouldn't carry the chairs inside because of "company policy". The chairs are fine - mediocre at best and have a very strong chemical smell even after a good cleaning. Good luck - hope you're experience is better than mine.

I bought 6 Theater Seats; they arrived as promised, boxes intact, as i assembled them, 1 of the 6 was defective, put together wrong and did not recline; tried to contact the company multiple times; no response... i mean none. Filed a Dispute with AMEX, for 1/6 the cost... to cover the 1 seat that was defective... They called me in 3 days... apologizing and promising to fix it, they said they ordered the part, and scheduled the tech; requested that I resolve the dispute; taking them at their word, I called AMEX and resolved so they could release funds.... big mistake; tech showed up, parts were not corrected, but he tried to fix it any way; he was able to partially fix it but the recline still does not come all the way up and does not stay up like the other chairs..... they should have replaced the chair; i paid for 6 brand new chair; not 5 new and one re-conditioned chairs..... i have been trying to get them to come out now for a month; no response... once they have your money the game is over with these guys..... it may be better to go with a local store and pay the premium instead of all the heart ache... i am taking the trouble to write this as it may save someone else the trouble of doing business with these guys.

Totally dishonest people !! STAY AWAY !!! They quoted me one price and charged me $800 more then agreed ! Had to call American express to try to get it straight . They are THEIFS !!

The sales process was excellent. The delivery process BY FAR the worst retail experience in my life. How about calling the moving company OVER 25x and NEVER having them answer the phone. Delayed delivery, terrible communications, terrible experience. So many phone calls. Then the seats arrive (very nice - they are great) and one of the 8 electronic recline does not work. So I call and make sure the parts are delivered to my personal home vs the vacation home of delivery. Guess where they were delivered? So in the end your sales gets an A. The chairs get an A. You delivery gets an F-. So overall you get an F. Never again

Charged full amount at time of order, even though they were only supposed to take a 50% deposit. Attempted to contact numerous times to get corrected. No success. Finally called credit card for chargeback. When chairs arrived 13 weeks later, they sent the wrong seat. Was promised a quick fix. Didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks. Had to follow up again. Now reorder the seats with another 10 week wait. Was promised a call back to tell me shipping timeframe. Nothing. Asked to be called by a supervisor. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Next call to credit card company again. I cannot believe how bad this experience has been...and still is. Update 8/17/2015: They attempted so send replacement chairs but sent the wrong chairs again. Asked me to jump through hoops to get fixed a second time. Repeated phone calls and emails remained unanswered. Had to do a second chargeback for someone to call me back. Asked them to pick up all 4 chairs and refund my money. They said they would send me a refund after the return...yeah right. Called credit card to dispute entire transaction. Then asked them to pick up chairs. The did in 1 single day. In order words, they can very responsive when it is in their favor. To net it out, expect to be charged the full amount up front, expect chair to take 10-12 weeks, expect your order to be wrong, except miserable customer service, make sure you have a good credit card company (Chase was awesome throughout all this), and expect to charge back your transaction to get anyone to talk to you. I don't say this lightly...by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with...by a long shot.

Quality is lacking. Not what I expected.

This is my second order of a home seating. I hope it goes better than my first order. So far look ok. The first order they sent the wrong order.
