Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

A set of four curved octane theater chairs were my first order with Theater Seat store! I was in the process of moving and couldn't have the chairs delivered immediately, but wanted to take advantage of the special price at the time. My email was immediately answered which was followed by a call. They offered to take a down payment for the purpose of ordering the chairs for manufacture and then were to hold them in their warehouse until I was ready to take possession. Two months later I called them back, made final payment and had the chairs delivered less than a week later. The seats are amazing! They are my first theTer seating, but came in excellent packaging and were very simple to assemble being in inly two pieces. I am 6'5" and 220lbs and my wife is 5'3" 100lbs. The seats fits us both perfectly and are extremely comfortable and great looking. The bonded black leather looks great and is very durable. The power recline offers several comfortable seating choices for any size person. I am very happy with the purchase and look forward to continued use for years to come.

I wanted a theater seat for my home I found TheaterSeat.com on line. I called them to ask some questions the sales rep was very knowledgeble and helpful. I did not purchased the seat at that time but about 2 months later I called and purchased the seat. The transaction went from the start to finish just like the sales rep said it would. I am very happy with my choice of seats and also vey happy I choose the Theaterseat.com.

I looked at local stores that had some nice products at similar prices. But, none of them had a seat back high enough to hold my head in full recline. I found this and did the online chat and the helpful person thought this one might work out. It does ! The delivery guy was fantastic as well -- all is great so far-- 3 weeks in now !

So far no issues with the chairs. Based on my current experience I would buy from this company again. However, I have not had to deal with customer service which sounds like a few have had issues with.

Bought three Lane theater seats in red leather. A little concerned about color match on one seat - until we realized it was due to lighting in room. Communication with Theater Seat Store to get update on order status and later to set up delivery schedule was very pleasant. Have recommended to friends already.

I was going out of my mind trying to find the right theater seating for my new home theater. I was planning to have a surprise party for my lovely wife and last minute, the store I ordered the seating from said they would not be able to deliver on time. I went online and found Theaterseatstore.com. They saved my life! They were able to send me to the recliners I wanted and the party went off without a hitch

I am a picky interior designer and was hesitant to order them because I haven't used this company before. I defiantly will in the future! The quality is fantastic, value was great and the delivery was excellent!
