You helped us resolve an issue regarding the need for media furniture. We never dreamed we could afford so many seats and certainly not in leather.

Our Octane theater furniture came in a month sooner than we had originally thought it would take. We had been hesitant being a newer brand and our first time buying anything larger than a few PC components or a board game online, but after some research we found the design was a model that used to be sold by Berkline which is a good thing. The experience with TSS went better than I'd imagined with a rep checking with us every step along the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I had read a lot of reviews from the course of a few years on a AVSForums that pointed towards a continuous improvement in customer service for the last year or more. It ended up being well below the budget we had planned so we tossed on white glove delivery to have the experts help us with inspection and to not worry about it raining between when my wife received the order and I got home to help bring everything inside. The local installer (working through Manta) in NE Ohio walked my wife through everything and even offered to sweep and vacuum when they made no mess at all. I would highly recommend going with their white glove service. The prices and quality were both so good we are actually talking about ordering from TSS when we need to replace our living room furniture in a few years. I would give TheaterSeatStore, Octane, and Manta all 5/5 stars on any question I can imagine being asked.

Chairs were accurately described and received in seven weeks as originally estimated. Very pleased with theaterseatstore and Palliser. Bought the Blade leather match and would buy them again. Love the narrow footprint.

Our new theater seating is a huge improvement to our television viewing. The seats are comfortable and function as advertised. My husband would have preferred a larger chair in a fabric, but we chose leather to keep the pet hair down. We also had limited space, so we chose a smaller recliner. These are just right for the space we have. The only hiccup we had was during the delivery process. The chairs were delivered before the store itself was open, so when we had a question that affected the delivery signature we had some problems getting through to get help.

I was a little nervous ordering chairs that I had not actually seen in person. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. I'm very glad I did. Chairs were delivered quicker than what was stated and delivery was flawless. I did not order the white glove delivery service but the delivery person helped me get the chairs out of the boxes and to inspect the chairs before he left. He even took the empty cardboard boxes with him so I did not have to dicard them. Chairs were in PERFECT condition and just like advertised. LOVE EM!! Had my buddies over for the first Seahawk game of the season and they were all duly impressed. Great comfortable chairs even for a big man like me. I'm over 300 lbs. And the chairs fit great!!
