The customer service representative directed me to a very high quality and more cost effective seat than the one that I had found myself. Delivery was actually earlier than projected and the white glove delivery service could not have been better.

We purchased six manual Octane Edge XL800 Top Grain leather, the chairs arrrived on time and were well packed. The only part not assembled is the back, which is very easy to do. The quailty, comfort and look of the chairs exceeded our standards. I would recommend this Chair to anyone building a home theater.

The only negative is that the leather chairs make a rubbing noise as the chair recliner mechanism is activated. Probably is normal since the chairs are leather. We purchased 2 Octane XL850 theatre seats with power recline. Have had the chairs a couple of weeks and are very satisfied.

Everything about my new theater chairs is impressive. I purchased the Regal Aspen and they have all the bells and whistles I found in chairs I priced out at numerous other retail location, including Best Buy, all of which cost almost three times more. They are incredibly comfortable and very sturdy. The only problem I have is staying awake. They are so comfy and engulfing, I have a hard time not falling asleep and I end up missing the end of all my movies! Great job guys, keep up the good work!
