Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

I was worried about ordering the product on line since I normally like to sit and look at the chairs first. I read the reviews and decided to purchase the theater seats. WOW I'm I glad I did and my family and friends can't believe the quality and price of the product.

seats arrived on time, the packaging was in great shape. Easy to put together. I just wish it had a little more padding in the seat and back.I am i big man so that may have something to do with it. Hoping that last many years and no plan on ordering more soon.

I ordered these seats intending to have them in place for a Super Bowl party. When I ordered them, even the later date of the shipping date range I was given would have allowed the seats to arrive a couple of weeks before the Super Bowl, but our seats were delayed at the factory. Shara Williams at Theater Seat Store tried very hard to get the seats to us as quickly as possible. The eventually arrived a day or two before the game. Too late to plan a serious party so we just had a couple of people over. The two men that delivered the seats did a great job setting up the seats and clearing out the packaging. They look great and are very comfortable. Jaws drop when people walk into our theater room. I just wish they would have arrived two weeks earlier.

The order process was simple and quick. I recommend calling, not putting in your order on the web site. The staff is knowledgeable and there are a few configurations they can offer that is not available on the web site. I was told four weeks, after six I called and was told that it was always 4-6 weeks, so they were still "technically" not late. After 7 I called again and was told they were having issues with the shipper. It was closer to 8 weeks by the time my seats arrived. They had some delays on their end, but never contacted me to let me know. I was always the one initiating the contact, which was frustrating. White glove service was great.

The seating is perfect for what we needed and came in great shape. Unfortunately, it took a week for the horrible delivery company to nail down a date and actually make it. They had all kinds of issues with scheduling and trucks breaking down.

Everything you could ask for or expect was done by Threaterseating and the delivery service. The seats are comfortable and are made well. The only problem is the seats have a smell. We had them delivered three weeks ago and the smell is still in the threater room. I have used fans to try to increase air flow, but to no avail.

We really love our theater chairs and the customer service was exceptional however, the boxes were blacked on the bottom and our chairs smell like mildew. This means our theater room also smells like mildew! Kind of unfortunate as they aren't real easy to ship back. We hope the smell goes away soon otherwise we are pleased with our chairs!

Ordered these seats in November, they arrived late January. Long time to wait after having paid for it up front.
