Friendly service on phone but my order was incomplete for four of ten chairs.
I ordered ten chairs. Only nine showed up. Three of the nine did not have the tray table receiver in the arm. They offered to have a technician come install them. I had them send me the parts and I installed them my self. I am pretty handy and could do it but most people would have the tech come do it. The point is, the order was messed up. I had planned this order for three months and had spoken to them three times. I had a confirmation of what was to be shipped and they still messed it up.
