To be honest, this was the biggest online purchase I've ever made. I was very nervous, but after reading other reviews and speaking with the friendly staff I decided to jump and boy am I glad that I did! I bought six seats for two separate rows and they are AWESOME! They are the centerpiece of the room! The White Glove delivery was worth every penny too! Thank you for a great looking product. We are very satisfied!

This is the third time that I purchased Palliser Blade leather theater chairs for three media rooms. Their quality is second to none. They looks good and feel good. The Theater Seat Store is excellent!. Very professional and helpful. Get the "white glove delivery" if you can because they will unpack and set up the chairs in your theater room.

I was a little hesitant to order theater chairs online, but the whole process couldn't have gone better. I did my online research and then talked with someone at Theater Seat Store prior to ordering. The chairs showed up way sooner than I expected and everything has gone perfectly. Thank you!

I called at the end of the day and was helped until well after they closed. I placed my order that day and it was a great experience. Gave me a great deal and I love the chairs. Would buy from them again.

We ordered 2 single recliners for a small TV room. They look great flanking the sofa and work well since they recline forward and can be placed tighter to the wall. Motorized positioning allows maximum comfort. This company provides great service (we used their chairs in our last home theater) and as repeat customers we highly recommend this company and these chairs.

I bought a curved row of 4 of The Magnolia chairs. These chairs are a great value, I would recommend without reservation. The base and frames are solid. The cushions and seat-backs are very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness. The lumbar support was an important consideration for me and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support. I do have one small issue with one of the chairs. There is a very slight hesitation/lateral movement when the chair first attempts to recline. It seems like it may be off a bit. Not sure if that will be a problem down the road.
