This is my second home theatre room and bought from Theaterseatstore the first time too. I guess my situation is somewhat unique in that both times these were for home in Canada which does not offer a lot of options when it comes to home theatre furnishings. Ian gave me the assistance i needed - first class - and had the seats shipped to me in under 7 days and even threw in free shipping for toronto. Took the Storms from octane. Great seat option! Will be back again in future.

I ordered five of the Diesel seats in brown top grain leather with power recline. I was hesitant to order them sight unseen but am very pleased with them. They are comfortable, well built and attractive. They were packaged very well and were all delivered in perfect condition. I wanted to do an odd configuration and Theater Seat Store was great in helping me with my layout. They were even able to get a left arm chair so I could get a loveseat without using an armless chair even though that option wasn't shown on Octane's website. The only negative I would say is the cup holders don't have a removable insert, so they may be difficult to keep clean. Overall I am extremely pleased with the quality, look and comfort of these chairs.

We built a screening room for a public facility in the UK and could not find sufficient seating options in the project planning here locally so decided to look abroad to the US. There were many options that we looked at before deciding to settle on the octane brand model 700 - which is also called the turbo model, The seating arrived fast with a few extra accessories that we purchased and we are enjoying our product every evening now for over a week. Would suggest going with power recline and make sure you don't pay for the in home delivery because setup of these seats took me less than 5 mins.....and i saved $200 by doing it myself.

The best decision I made in years. Been toying with the idea of building a home theater and finally came to getting the turbos and they arrived and are now sitting in my basement. My weekends have now changed forever and the idea of getting even more seats to entertain is now a SERIOUS consideration. One comment worth noting on the seats is the size is larger than one anticipates for the pictures. The seats are big and you will literally be dwarfed in them which i know some people like but kjust keep that in mind when ordering these. Make sure to get the power recline version of this model due to the size of the seating and the huge benefit of just pushing a button and reclining. It is worth the extra money every day of the week. My ultimate decision came down to this model and the blaze model, but there was a 10 day longer delivery eta on the blaze that pushed the final say in favor of the turbo model. Setup was simple due to the fact that the backs on this style come seperate out of the box to the base and can be pushed into the base in a second.

Approximately thirty days after delivery, my wife and I were asked if we would author a review of the theater seats we purchased from Theater Seat Store. We were told to be honest and express what we liked or disliked about both the quality of the seating and the service we received. We felt it would be more appropriate to wait until at least four months before commenting, which was last week. So, what do we think? In a word, excellent. We bought three of the black Magnolia leather power recliners (we had previously purchased two of them but from the local Best Buy store). Communication with Theater Store personnel was pressure-free and helpful. They followed up with us within a few days after we placed the order to confirm it. Then followed up a few days later to advise us as to an expected date of delivery which was to occur approximately ten (10) days hence. We were contacted before delivery to confirm availability, which when it occurred, was smooth and without issue, in large boxes, to our doorstep. The chairs were undamaged and came disassembled in two pieces that were easily taken downstairs to our screening room and installed. We have a total of five -- three in the front row and two in the rear on a raised platform. Fast forward three months of intensive use, and I can say that these seats are durable and extremely comfortable (cloud-like). The black leather is good quality, soft, supple. We've not had any issues with electronics or the mechanics of the foot and rear rests -- they operate as advertised. The cupholders and storage areas between each seat are convenient and unobtrusive. We were initially worried that the seats might be too large for the seating area in our theater (13' x 24') but we quickly discovered that the rear of the seats do not extend backward but downward and so we did not need to make any alterations to our layout. In the end, having gone through the experience, we can willingly recommend these seats and the Theater Seat Store for its service. The Theater Seat Store representatives understand how anxiety-ridden the process of purchasing seats is to customers who reside far away from the warehouse and who cannot try them out before purchasing. Like others, we read many horror stories about missed deliveries or damaged product, etc. and held our breath hoping that that didn't happen to us. The Theater Store completely "get" that psychology and go out of their way to assure it won't occur, and that if it does it will be remedied quickly and without fuss. Receiving that kind of peace of mind was so important to us and factored into our decision to use their company as opposed to the several other companies we contacted who didn't display that level of customer awareness.

The​ salesman was honest and helpful with the ord​er. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but the "white glove" service was worth while, no lifting or assembly required.

I searched endlessly for Home Theater seating and was reluctant to buy online without sitting in them first. However, after reading several of the reviews here, I figured what the heck, lets go for it. I must say that I made the right choice. The seats arrived within the 14 day time window, and were delivered right to my room of choice. The delivery team happily put them together and had me test them before they left. All I have to say is, Wow, the seats are amazing. I'm so happy I got the Power Recliners. In addition, the top grain leather tops it off and makes you never want to get up. I can even now get my wife to watch TV with me as opposed to sitting in the Living Room on our uncomfortable couch! The amount of room in the arms of the chairs is amazing as well! The sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and was happy to answer my questions. Highly Recommend you purchase these chairs.
