Our family decided this year we were going to build a theater room after we spent Super Bowl enjoying one at some friends of mine. The process is actually quite a big undertaking if you want to do it the way we decided to do it which was all out with multiple rows and posters, popcorn and more. Overall i would say it took from beginning to end around 15 weeks and that involved construction and buildout. When it came to the furniture we didn't want to sacrifice on quality and opted for better/best options in the market like jaymar and palisar. Fortunately we came across the diesel seat which fitted the look and style with a somewhat slimmer frame and also included the lighting and power options. This came in considerably less than the other brands and i exceeded what we thought they might look and more importantly feel like. Thanks to Theaterseatstore guidance we were able to work through all the options and get a frame that made sense for our budget and styling. We opted for brown leather which is very nice and soft. Shipping was done with the white glove service which essentially just brings the seats into the home and removes them from the packaging. I did see a few earlier reviews complain about the white glove service but having all the seats brought down into our basement into the movie room was not an option that i wanted to undertake given the size and weight of the packages..

It was great working with the Theater Seat Store! I spoke with a few salesmen before I made my decision and I felt like I was given knowledgeable answers to all of my questions, and even educated a bit more on the different products available. My only interaction with Customer Service was a pleasant one, and they were able to solve my issue right then on the phone! I would recommend these guys to anyone for anything home theater!

The process was a little daunting with the back and forth effort on swatches but now these beautiful seats are in our basementand look great. My home ttheatre is a little on the modern side so i opted for a sleeker looking design and went with the diesel model over the very popular turbo. There are lots of turbo buyers and quite a few in home images if you do your home work but that model works better in the more transitional type room. Getting to the final decision took me a little time and hand holding from sales person but he stuck with me through the deliberation with my wife and kids until we finally pulled the trigger. Opted for power recline which is proving to be the correct decision if you like to use laptops and food trays on your lap and need to adjust your position. Without power you have to find a place to put those items where with power you just push a button. Delivery was within the guideline although understand that there is assembly involved if you do not take the white glove delivery option.

I was not sure about buying theater seats from someone, other than Best Buy or a furniture store, but I'm glad I chose Theater Seat Store. They had great deals on the Octane seats I wanted.
