Great customer service! Sarah went above and beyond. Buy with confidence

Everyone has been very helpful.

Even though I have a few issues in the beginning customer service was amazing and helped get all my issues resolved in a timely manner. I absolutely love my purchase and would recommend others to order. They are great seats and so comfy.

I was on the market looking for a theater seat for a couple of months now, when I stumbled onto the theater seat store. They have this pretty nifty resource on their website where you can talk to a sales rep in real time. I was connected to Nick, one of their sales rep, in a matter of minutes. He was extremely nice and helpful when I told him exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a single seat to put in my bedroom next to my bed. He walked me through the options they offered, I ended up settling for the Magnum LHR by Octane seating. The seat was delivered 10 days later, the company they use to deliver called prior to set up the delivery day, which was a big plus for me. The box the chair came in was decently sized considering it is a theater seat. Opening the box and taking the pieces of the chair out was pretty easy because the bulk of the chair is separated in two big parts and the extra accessories like the tray table and cables. Putting the chair together was surprisingly easy, all I had to do was put the two big parts of the chair together and lock the mechanisms and plug in the cables. I was done setting up the chair in less than 15 minutes, although, it could have probably been faster if I had a second person helping me. The chair is extremely comfortable and spacious, I am 6’2” and there is more than enough space for me. I also do a lot of casual gaming so being able to control the position of the chair to where I can be sitting down with my legs raised makes it all really comfortable; the blue led really sets the mood in my room too. Overall, I am extremely happy with my Magnum chair, and will possibly be buying more once I start building a mini theater in my house.

Are you kidding me! This recliner is fantastic. The seating are feels like an air ride seat. The Comfort level was of the highest quality. Thanks Theater Seat Store for a great addition to my living room. Are You Ready for Some Football. Pete Ramirez
