The remote on one of the 4 Solace heat & massage chairs stopped working. With Cherise's guidance, we were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Otherwise, the heat and massage would have been out of service for the time required to schedule and dispatch a technician. Thank you Cherise!

When you invest in a premium chair like the Vega LHR,Max you expect the steel frame to be its most durable feature. ​The Response: I’m writing this follow-up to share a huge win regarding my Octane Vega LHR Max recliner. I had a broken mechanism that made the chair inoperable, but the team at Octane Seating really stepped up to help me get the parts and the fix I needed. ​Now that it’s back in action, I’m reminded all over again how great and incredibly comfortable these seats are.
