Very happy with the quality and the service from order to delivery would recommend to friends and family.

I purchased 5 chairs from them and the transaction went smoothly for the most part. I wanted 3 individual chairs and a love seat. So i was expecting 3 left and two right arm chairs, and all chairs would have controls on the top. Instead I got 3 left arm chairs, 1 dual arm chair and 1 chair with no arms. The last chair with no arms has the recline down by your hip, which I didn't really like. I think the issue is partly my fault because looking back it doesn't appear that the mfg makes right arm chairs and the sales order that i was sent specifies exactly what i got, so i should have caught it there. My only reason for 4 stars is I feel like there were several times in my conversation with them where they could have corrected me.

The chairs are attractive. The cushions are a bit firm, and I would have preferred a higher back. Plan to add a head pillow.

I normally would not write a review, but I am very satisfied with the products when assembled. They look great and they are comfortable to sit on. The price is equally not bad compared to buying at a local retail store. Customer service was equally great. I recommend this store highly

The website has most of the info I was looking for but I had to also look on some forums and YouTube to get a good feel for the chairs I ended up buying. I wish they had some product videos on their own site. Customer service was good, but it's clear that they have little if any inventory and that orders are dropshipped from China - and then delivered by some other company. Needless to say that process means the wait time is at least 2 months. Regardless, I'm happy with the chairs now they are in my home theater, and if I ever needed more, I would buy from them again.

The seats are comfortable, and a good deal for the purchase price. I did think the seats would be longer, but my feet hang off, and I am only 6'3". One of the seats lights don't work, so there is no reason to hook up the others. The table trays were shipped separately. Overall, good value for what I paid.

I love the theater seats. I have two seats. The main single has the compartment for remotes on the right arm. If the second seat was on the right the compartment would be in the middle of the two seats. I was not asked what I prefered when I ordered so they sent me one on the left. I would think with two seats you would want the compartment in the middle. I recieved the seats at 9:32 in the morning. Got an email with tracking number at 10:30 the same morning. Glad someone was home.

I wish the chairs connected together. We have an 8 year old and he loves to get out of the first row of chairs from the recline position.
