Ordering was easy and my chairs were shipped on the estimated delivery date. The prices and selection are much better than locally and the chairs appear high quality. My only issue was with delivery. There were at least two companies involved in the delivery. One delivered the chairs to another delivery company. The final company cancelled two appointments at the last minute which resulted in me having to adjust my work schedule. When it was delivered, they were polite, but didn't take much care of my hardwood floors or carpet when they were coming in the house. Also, they did not set up the chairs completely, just hooked them together without using the screws to secure them. I would order again, but skip the white glove delivery and just bring them in my self with a friend and set up.

The order to delivery was painfully slow, I had to keep calling to get updates. Delivery crew did not show or call for a scheduled delivery. I had to call and figure out that it had been canceled.

There has been a lot of problems with the customer service end of this transaction. Starting with poor communication about delivery times and status - to resolving damage issues once the furniture actually arrived. I am still trying to get the damage issue resolved one month after delivery. As for the furniture itself, it is nice quality for the price. The particular model I bought is not quite what I expected. The foot rest and back are shorter than I would have liked, and it's difficult to get the back to fully recline and stay back. Overall, I think I would have been able to find something similar in quality and price locally and not have had to go through all the frustration with the customer service. I would not recommend this store to my friends because of my experience to date.

One of the salesperson was not very helpful and not friendly. Too long wait time to receive the product.

The chairs arrived as ordered. Nice leather and comfortable, however there to no way to link them together as one unit, so they move around a lot and they are not completely finished on all sides, so you have to move them a lot , same for the electrical they should be connected so you don't have three different cords. All this would have made a huge difference.

8-10 days quickly became 8-10 weeks and it was still much later than that. Verify they have it in stock on the phone before making an order. Seats were fine. Shipper didn't schedule delivery but luckily we were home.

They had an incredible deal going on at the time I bought my chairs. The problem I had with this company is a lack of COMMUNICATION! The website says that you can chat on line with them if you have questions at anytime and then it proceeds to tell you to come back at certain hours. Then I tried calling them to ask questions and check up on my order and kept getting an answering service that said they will contact me back. Well no one contacted me back until I had to threaten to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I emailed them about when I should expect arrival and if I would get an email to approximate when I should anticipate my delivery. They responded to me by saying I should get my email in the next 2-4 days. I got my email after the delivery had shown up at my door. They had no tracking of my purchase to keep me informed of arrival. I was just lucky I was off that day to accept it. Overall the quality of merchandise is great. I am well pleased with it. They just need to improve in the communication area.

As part of the process of building a new home, we planned from the very beginning to have a theater room. So, we ordered chairs from theaterseatstore.com more than 4 more months in advance of when construction was expected to be complete. The ordering process was very smooth and we ordered with the understanding that the chairs would be shipped without issue, if we called by a certain time. What was so frustrating is that we did just as we were instructed, but were told at that point two things: 1) that the chairs were the most popular item they had, and 2) that delivery would be delayed 7 weeks! We shared our frustration with several people, but in the end needed to just wait it out. It's a very good company, and the chairs are what we hoped they would be. It was just a real downer on the whole experience that we had to wait so long.
