Got it! So happy with it. My husband loves it. Exactly what I wanted. Now my husband and I can site together and he also has somewhere to put his drink. Love that it is portable. I can move it to other furniture or remove it to stretch out. Great for when company is over as another cup holder or arm rest. Give yourself plenty of time for delivery, although I did order it over the holidays. But they said these are in great demand and I didn’t receive it when I expected.

The customer serviced I received on my order of two power recliners was outstanding. I was so impressed by the customer service representative Devan, that I called her to thank her personally. I ordered my recliners during the Christmas rush. I did not expect delivery until after the New Year began, I called Devan and explained to her. That I needed the recliners delivered sooner if possible, due to my spouses medical condition. Devan contacted the shipping company with my request. To my surprise the recliners were delivered a week ahead of schedule. This would not of been possible without Devan, taking the time to contact the shipping company on my behalf. Love the seating. It was the exact size and color we wanted. Ran into two issues. 1.) one of the seats was slightly different in color. They sent out a replacement right away. It is perfect now. 2.) one of the controls stopped working. They sent out replacements and it was an easy fix. All in all, it has been a great company to work with. Buying something like this online is taking a leap of faith. They came through, supported the products and delivered.

Ordered these seats for our new theater room. The process was easy, great customer service. Scheduled the delivery for a few months in advance (new house being complete), and didn't have a hiccup. Love the seats!

Easy smooth process. Customer service was fast prompt and wonderful. Need to troubleshoot a button on my controls, they sent our replacement with simple instructions to follow. Fixed the issue with no difficulties at all.

Ordering was easy ... delivery showed up in the time frame that was set ... once opened, the chairs are great. Very sturdy, comfortable and nice quality leather . Setup was very easy and they look amazing ! My clients are going to love sitting in them !
