Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

We found this product online and stopped in their showroom while visiting our son in Colorado. Every product they have is superb along with their customer service. Everything arrived on time in pristine condition. We had one small defect with a popcorn bowl and they replaced it within days. I highly recommend this company. We are extremely satisfied.

Sarah Vollmer, helped us out Soooo much. I can't Thank her enough for going above and beyond in helping us. I would highly recommend her and the Theater Seat Store. They are an Awesome company.

Sarah is the best took care of us and kept us updated.

The ordering process was amazingly simple for us. Online buying without touching was a risk willing to take from reviews read and website browsing. The fact that the furniture could be held until our home construction was finalized leveled the stress factor. Now delivery brought the stress face forward! In the end all is good ..so my only critique would be better communication between final delivery person and company!

we had a great expierience with ms chelsea ortiz from theather seat . its was a true pleasure working with ms ortiz .she kept us inform of our delivery every step of the way .she even work with me in my delivery to make sure someone was home to except it .really. it was a blessing .thank you ms ortiz for everything

This is the third time I have worked with Theatre Seat Store and have always been extremely satisfied. They are knowledgeable and always helpful when figuring out the right seats to purchase and proper configuration. Staff have been accessible by phone or email and have even been involved with the delivery of the seats. We recently moved and had to look at the space saving seats and, with their help, chose the Cloud model by Octane. Couldn't be happier. Seats are nice and firm and extremely comfortable. More than enough room for everyone. Thank you Theater Seat Store!

All levels of contacts I had with this company were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Leah Leslie went the extra mile by helping us select the exact product and features that we really wanted. She made it work for us. Highly recommended!

Love our new theater seats! I can highly recommend this company & product. We ordered two curved layout seats with a tray table. They arrived yesterday & I’m thrilled with the quality. It’s always a guessing game to order without seeing the actual product but this is a winner. We ordered online, were contacted by Rob Slayden, a very help representative,(he even gave us a discount for returning his call-so return the call!) The shipping was fairly quick and the company maintained communication with me so I knew the order was in process. Super helpful! Don’t hesitate in ordering from TheaterSeats!
