Our theater seats arrived within one week of ordering. They are of high quality. We are still awaiting the tables since they are on backorder.

After a lot of research on theater seats we decided on the Theater Seat Store. Having them on sale for the 4th of July made the decision to buy even easier. After ordering, I scheduled the delivery date for the 22nd using the very convenient delivery calendar. I was going to build a platform for the chairs the weekend prior to have it ready for the white glove delivery. I ordered two rows of four chairs. Then I got a call from the deliver company a week early to set up delivery the next day. I was at work when they were delivered and when I got home the chairs were all set up in the theater room and looked very nice. A little maneuvering of the chairs was necessary while the platform was built but they were fairly light and two people were easily able to put them in their proper place. The add-ons did not arrive with the chairs (four battery packs, a couple lights and wine glass holders). They arrive two weeks later in a box. The wine glass holders and lights were obvious, but the instructions that came with the battery packs did not do a very good job of explaining how to attach them. I am still working with customer service on those. Our family likes to gather most evenings to watch movies, so they have gotten a lot of use over the last three weeks. Five kids tend to be hard on furniture and it wasn't long before two of the accessory caps came undone. I simply turned the chairs over and reconnected the caps to the bases. The chairs themselves are very comfortable, the kids have slept in them several nights. We opted for the power recline which has also worked out very well. All in all I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would give them 4.5 stars and recommend them to anyone who asks.

My theater chairs came in about month pass the promised delivery date. I was told after my email was seen in to ask about delay.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing theater chairs on-line but after talking to Tom (Salesperson) he made me feel at ease. I was very pleased with the chairs once I received them. The timing was a little more than promises but it was well worth the wait.

This is a great product. Delivery issues to begin with. but overall okay.. Staff helpful and friendly

First time I ordered 4 row seats it took almost 2 months to receive. This time ordered 3 - 3 row seats and it took less time which I was elated to receive within a month.

Well we are very,very happy with the chairs. Came on time and easy to install. One negative was, Nick gave us a discount as I could get a set similar from Camping World(they are for an RV) but when I changed the order to cancel 2 wine glass holders, he would only give back the cost of one. I thought it was a cheap move. The trays are on back order, no big deal as they will send to my address in Canada, but surly they could order enough to satisfy all orders ??? but the seats are awesome.

The chairs look great. Easy do it yourself installation.
