Hi there, I would like to thank the theater store for an outstanding and wonderful guest experience. From day one all the way to product in hand. I dealt with a couple people through the website along with over the phone. A+++ service all around. The product Azure HR chairs are extremely well made. I read reviews and ultimately went with my purchase based on them. I highly recommend buying from the theater store. I loved my chairs so much, I bought a 6th one for my movie room. Thank you all that work here. I also want to say thanks to the shipping company as well. They were just as polite and professional. Very happy customer. Christopher from California

After ordering the couch that I purchased there was an issue with delivery. Unfortunately, in todays world, I didn’t find that surprising. Shara Jennett offered to assist me with my needs, and shortly thereafter the missing pieces were replaced. She then hired a new shipping company and I received all of my merchandise in a very professional and efficient way! Your customer service was outstanding and I can’t thank you enough! P.S. I love the pieces I purchase!

I was super apprehensive to order such an expensive purchase online. My salesman Ian was amazing. He did not pressure at all. When it came time for my item to arrive, I was notified they did not offer the white glove service I paid for...not a problem...Lori contacted me and refunded me the cost of that. The couch is amazing! The product is so high quality!!

Josh was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My follow-up/confirmation call with Leah Leslie is where I really was taken to another service level. She was professional, fun, kind, personable, detail-oriented, truly cared, sweet, calm, well spoken, focused, AND from my area of NJ originally. She a gem and should be valued as well as taken care of by the ownership. THIS IS CS! These days reps like this are non-existent but I was relieved to have her working with me. Her multiple follow-ups were perfect and she went above and beyond to assure I was taken care of. Edited the order to nail down what I needed. Hope she gets a bonus for explaining why I should have the extended warranty. Usually, after you say yes you feel regret, quite the opposite this time. She's far from pushy and that's why I WILL BE BACK. Thank you and understand that Leah only paid me $1.27 to write this review (hope you have a sense of humor) I can not wait to take delivery. If the product matches the service I'm in good shape! Thank you

Phenomenal experience...I received my theater seats and I had damage to one of the Risers, as it seemed to be a broken frame. I emailed Customer service and was issued a Case Number immediately and an email with a Case Manager. I had to take some pics and Video to help explain the damage i was seeing, but all said and done. I was shipped a new riser platform immediately. Great Customer Service. Thanks to Lori and her team.
