Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

We could not be more thrilled with our gorgeous theater chairs! The quality and craftmanship is worth every penny. The amazing staff took such great care of us from start to finish. They kept us abreast throughout the entire process. Making such a huge purchase online can be intimidating but rest assured they all were amazing and the chairs are first class. We probably will never purchase theater seats again but if we win the lottery and build our dream home best believe we will buy from the Theater Seat Store!

A dozen FLASH HR and Accessories: Wow! The entire experience from start (shopping around) to delivery and setup was truly outstanding! Everyone that we interacted with over the phone or by chat was nice, informative and very helpful. Our coordinator, Emeline Bishop, our salesman, Tom and many others that we dealt with, were all great. They used a delivery company, Vision, in our area and they were also great... and the white glove service was worth every penny... there was a lot of plastic and cardboard to deal with; the guys took them upstairs, set them up and carted off the debris. I can not praise the company and delivery enough! Given our great experience, I would highly recommend this company - they exceeded our expectations at every step. Hope and Joel

Outstanding product and customer support! I ordered 6 seats for my home theater in 2016. The seats are attractive, durable and comfortable. After years of use, I had a problem with one of the seats. Customer service helped me troubleshoot, order and replace the needed part. They gave me a direct call back number for follow up questions which was very helpful. I highly recommend Octane Seating!

We recently ordered two gorgeous chairs from Theatre Seat Store. The sales experience was excellent we were able to get exactly what we wanted (actually a more deluxe version 😉) for a price under our budget. They shipped quickly and we were pleasantly surprised. The next month was kind of a nightmare. The last mile delivery service appeared to have lost our chairs!?! Although our case manger, Tiko, was fabulous and got it back on track. Tiko was extremely helpful in getting the shipper to locate the chairs and get me set up with a delivery, a task which I had already failed to do. Tiko as well as the rest of the customer service staff were all very pleasant and helpful on the phone and kept me updated regularly throughout this ordeal. The packages arrived today looking really damaged, but with the excellent protective pakaging Theatre Seat Store uses they came out looking spectacular. We are repeat customers with theatre seat store, we bought chairs for our home theatre several years ago, this is why we chose to come back. With the way that the staff handle all of this and the fact the chairs obviously went through alot getting here and still look amazing, is a testament to the quality service they provide. I will keep Theatre Seat Store in mind for further purchases.

We had a delay in receiving our theater chairs and Sarah kept us informed on a daily basis, either with phone calls or emails. Communication was excellent. When we did receive our chairs, we had a flaw in one of our wine glass holder accessories and she immediately shipped us not one, but two, to replace the accessory. We were nervous buying online without getting to see or try the product, but the experience was surprisingly great.

"WOW," "WOW" Lori Ramadan is the BEST! She is professional, courteous and very caring. She makes you feel like you are her only customer. In addition , I have had "WONDERFUL" customer service with Anastasia Daretta. I will definitely recommend your company to my colleagues and friends. In my banking profession, we are always looking to elevate the client's experience. I am planning to share my great experience with my work team.

Just received my theater seats- they seem to be excellent quality and are super comfortable. I had to wait quite a while to get the wine color, but I think it was worth it. Customer service was excellent- especially Shara who helped immediately when I was struggling with scheduling delivery. I would highly recommend the Theater Seat Store.

WOW!! It took a while, but the wait was worth it! The chairs are beautiful and well constructed, with a beautiful finish!!
