Great value and amazing customer service!

We were quite happy with the quality of our chairs and the service we received throughout our experience. Thomas Thorstad, our Sales Rep, was pleasant, descriptive, and quite informative when answering our many questions. There was an understandable delay from the delivery company and Devon kindly helped us navigate those issues. We found the chairs quite beautiful on arrival. Unfortuately, we did need to return one of the chairs and found Devon to be quite understanding. She worked through a solution amenable to us both and then introduced us to Emeline Bishop who became much more than a contact point for our return. She maintained a high level of customer service that included a very professional attitude while offering extremely responsible follow-up as our return faced a long delay due to outside factors beyond anyone’s control. Once confirming the chair had arrived as expected, Emeline was able to secure a refund for us in a most efficient manner. We would not hesitate to work with The Theater Seat Store again in the future because of the people we encountered throughout the process.

I purchased several seats. One came damaged. Customer support was very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Very pleased.

Happy Choice Octane leather loveseat with console After lengthy research we decided to purchase the Octane recliner love seat with console. Our sales contact person Nick was very helpful, providing details and reviewing what to expect if we chose to move forward with our decision. Ordering such a bring purchase online without being able to view the product was nerve racking to say the least. Anyway, last November 2021 we decided to bite the bullet. After making our purchase the next day Monica from customer service called to verify details. She asked if I had seen a swatch of our color choice. When she found out I had not done this she put the order on hold and sent our leather color swatch out right away!!!!! I couldn't believe this company would care so much however, she explained that with such a large purchase they wanted to make sure we would be happy...amazing customer service...I told every one of my friends! Nice to have such a big company care. Now to the white glove delivery. We were expecting with pandemic delays six months. We ended up receiving our loveseatw/console in four months and had excellent delivery set up and clean up. The communication from start to finish, including Rainbow Delivery, Franklin, MA was fabulous! The loveseat recliners w/console are beautiful, quality leather, stitching is really a nice touch. We love the burgundy (I forget what they call the color) it's an elegant look. They are too comfortable and just perfect. This was a huge spoil for us and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend the Octane but, most definitely working with theatre seat store! Thanks too everyone. My husband is now talking about looking at some of the accessories.....I'll never get him out of the chair :)

I ordered two theater seats but needed to return them and opted to return them myself instead of paying for return shipping which was an 11hr drive for me. The customer service rep Ms. Emeline Bishop was more than helpful. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all her help. She kept me well informed on the process and progress every step of the way and in doing so made what could have been a nightmare for me completely bearable. I have nothing but good things to say about a company that has employees such as Ms Bishop that goes above and beyond for her customers. I will recommend Theater Seat Store to everyone not just for their beautiful seating but for their impeccable customer service. In this day and age that means a whole lot! Thanks Jason

Sarah was terrific and did a great job following up through the entire purchase experience.

The store did an exceptional job correcting an issue in our order — the five seats arrived in different color leather! But this was corrected rapidly and without any fuss. I would definitely buy from them again.
