As soon as I received my recliner I noticed an issue with it. When it was retracting I felt a small "bump" every time, like one part was hitting another part. I immediately contacted Theater Seat Store since it was in warrantee. They couldn't have treated me better. I supplied them with a movie so they could see what was happening. When all was said and done, they sent a tech to my apartment to replace the entire reclining mechanism, which is a big heavy integral part of the chair. The tech did a great job and now my chair operates perfectly. I'm very happy, and I have to give a special shout out to Emiline in the customer relations dept. for always being very helpful and consistently folowing up, and never letting things slide. Brillaint job all around. I'm very happy!

We purchased 4 individual Turbo XL700 seats with power recline and the Italian Luxe Leather for our basement. We also purchased 4 wood grain swivel tables, 4 pillows and 2 wine glass holders. The customer service really was over the top and great. We had left our order in the cart and received a call within about 2 hours to see if we needed any help or had any questions. We explained which chairs we were looking at getting and were told that the only potential issue is it might take 6 to 8 weeks to get them. We took advantage of the 4th of July sale price and ordered them. Our chairs actually arrived within 2 weeks. The deliver guy with R&L Carriers was amazing. We have a long dirt driveway and there was no way he was driving his truck down, so he helped me load and unload from my truck. At first we were super upset because the 4 boxes were stacked on a single pallet and were not in good shape, and severely damaged. But when we opened the boxes, the chairs were fine. Also, the accessories had been lost. I did email a photo to customer support and they said if the chairs were damaged to let them know and they put a trace on the lost accessories, which they didn't find, so reshipped them, which we got within a week. The chairs go together really easily and are AMAZING! Super comfortable and feel really durable. The swivel table and wine glass holder are also really neat. We weren't as pleased with the pillow, they were hard and uncomfortable. We are considering returning them, which would require shipping at our cost and a $35 restocking fee. All in all, very happy with the purchase, delivery and customer support.

WOW! I can't say enough about this company - always pleasant, very responsive, etc. We've worked with Emeline Bishop and she is great! I don't usually leave reviews, but couldn't not do one for this company since they are terrific. We bought a room full of seats and accessories - even after months we noticed a small chip in one of the tables and Emeline had it replaced in no time at all. Outstanding responsiveness and service; the product and company is great.

I must confess I had a little trepidation about ordering the loveseat set (two recliners and a center console) to put in my living room, sight and "sit" unseen. I had a gorgeous glove leather triple recliner sofa there, and the Octane would be somewhat taller and appeared online to be bulkier, but the same width. But two big recliners in my very traditional living room? Whoa! Then it arrived, and I am completely, totally in love with it! I got rosy beige microfiber (I don't like leather in Florida) with the tables and goose-neck lights and LED lights. And the heater and massager. It is FABULOUS! It is attractive and seems just right with my other furniture and home decor. I have to almost slap my own face to get me to leave it to go anywhere. I only wish I had gotten it years ago. I got White Glove delivery, and the gentlemen put it in for me (best decision ever) because it is quite heavy. I cannot say how very much I like this lovely sofa. And the Theater Seat Store people were helpful, kind, and encouraging as I nervously awaited its arrival. I highly recommend getting this or any other Octane product.

I'd never bought a theater chair before and knew nothing about them, then discovered the Theater Seat Store online, and boy am I glad I did. They couldn't have been more helpful! They were patient, friendly, and took the time to really answer my questions and help me where I needed some assistance. It is super refreshing to still have companies that put value on customer service. I contacted the theater store with two simple questions/concerns. After a quick response from the general department I was swiftly rerouted to Ms Emeline Bishop. Ms. Bishop not only was empathetic to my concerns but went above and beyond in not only fixing my problem but also sending me tutorials how to complete a my second issue. I can honestly say that thus far the help and customer service outperforms the seats themselves. And these seats are fantastic. So that’s a tall order to fill. Thank you.
