Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

This is a great company to work with. It took awhile to get my chairs. No one's fault. Just how it is these days. Sarah Vollmer was in contact with me from start to finish. I love my chairs. Everything was perfect and I can't thank them enough!!

First of all, the Octane Theater Recliners I purchased from the Theater Seat Store are Great! There was an issue with one of the seats. I spoke with Sarah V. in Customer Support, she was great. It was clear to me that she was going to resolve my issue and make things right. She arranged for a tech to come to my house and take care of the issue. I will definitely return to the Theater Seat Store next time I am in the market for seating! Quality products and service!

I initially had a a problem with the contracted delivery company and I contacted Sarah Vollmer in customer service and she followed up on seeing why the chairs were being held at the delivers warehouse. So no fault on the part of the Theater Seat Store but the chairs were sent to another city after arriving in my city and sat at the other city with no one to claim them and deliver them to me. Sarah was able to unwind the confusion in a very pleasant manner and got my chairs delivered as promised. My chairs are perfect!

Great product and great service. Had a small issue with one of the chairs and Sarah Vollmer was fantastic to work with. She quickly identified the issue, sent a replacement part and instructions . .and then followed up with me to make sure it all worked. This was A+ customer service like I have never experienced before. Thank you.

We are so happy with the recliners we purchased! We got excellent customer service and very affordable pricing with every purchase. We had one small issue, but our customer service rep, Emeline B., was professional, attentive and very quick to help us remedy the problem. Our overall experience was excellent from beginning to end.

My couch is beautiful! I really liked that I had the option to have it fully set up by selecting the "White glove" option. About 3 days later I noticed that 2 screws were pull out on the hinge that is on the center seat headrest. I took pictures and contacted the Theater Seat Store. Sarah Vollmer was assigned to my claim. She was so sweet and apologetic about the damage. She was quick to help get this resolved. Her communication was on point and stayed in contact through resolution. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience. The damage was minimal and quickly address. I highly recommend the Theater Seat Store. Awesome customer service!

The left side of my theater sofa had an issue where the massage feature was no longer working. They reached out immediately to help me troubleshoot the issue with clear instructions. After a month or so, the issue returned and they shipped me a new control unit which was very easy to install after being provided a short video instruction. I worked with the same rep throughout the process and she was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you Sarah Vollmer!

Emeline talked me through the issue and it was solved immediately. She was clear and patient and the solution was very direct. The product is outstanding, very happy with my choice
