Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

We recently purchased Octane XL700 chairs, one row of 3 standard ones and one row of 3 with the built-in removable risers. Shipping was fast and arrived earlier than the estimated timeframe. The chairs are beautiful, honestly nicer than I expected when I was nervous buying them online without ever seeing them first. They are incredibly comfortable, and it’s awesome to have them very close to the wall and still fully recline. The leather is sleek and having the charger USB ports are nice. We are not the biggest fan of the super bright blue lights, but they look cool to have them on before your movie starts. Assembly wasn't difficult at all and you can just feel that it’s top quality furniture. It was an expensive purchase but worth every dollar, and we are really excited to have these for a long time. I highly recommend this product. A few hiccups happened with the delivery service we requested and with the removable risers of our back row. Working with the BEST customer service rep Emeline Bishop, she helped me resolve both issues and provided fast communication throughout. She went above and beyond assisting me, and honestly made the whole process easy as pie. She’s a gem.

Initially, the custom theater sectional that I ordered was missing brackets to link the units together. I reached out to customer service and Emeline B. was able to ship me the parts that I needed quickly. Thank you!

Chairs are top notch. Very comfortable, well constructed and beautiful to look at.

Leah is absolutely incredible. I had an issue with my initial delivery and a CS person who was not able to help me. Lead stepped in fixed all of the issues and we worked together on a detailed plan to complete the transaction. Lead worked with your team to flawlessly execute the plan and replaced a damaged item, gave advice on how the installer can fix one issue and made arrangements for everything to get completed as soon as possible. Her service, advice and customer first approach enabled me to not return the initial shipment thus saving both parties an exhausting battle on how we solve the issues. She is truly an asset to your organization, and I hope she is greatly appreciated, I know I appreciate her. Robert Feldman

Sarah was very helpful and kept in touch with me during the entire time. Super helpful.

Nick was our sales person, who did an amazing job for us! We ordered a custom color (Luxe Berry) which is absolutely gorgeous.. We love, love, love our set.( Recliner, Sofa & Loveseat - Octane/ Slate w/ heat & Massage) . My white glove team delivery men were awesome ( Sean & Ethan) perfect , quick set up & communication! Totally worth the price & wait. Thank you Nick!

Got a Black Friday deal after Black Friday--thanks to Drew in sales. Chairs are fantastic, and Emeline in customer service is fantastic. We misread the labels on the boxes and thought we had been sent the wrong chairs. She very patiently guided us through the process of realizing that we actually had exactly what we ordered, but it was always obvious that they were willing to do whatever was necessary to fix whatever needed fixed. Buy your stuff from Drew and talk to Emeline if you have any questions.

Hi, I had a great experience with everybody most notably Emeline Bishop! I was ready to cancel because I got the single recliner and it takes longer to ship, so I was not coping well but after talking with her on the phone she assured me that it will be well worth the wait and indeed so. My chair is huge and delivery was quick and easy with the white glove, I didn't want to mess it up. Now I'm here with my feet up learning the controls. Ms. Bishop and Josh was great, Thank you.
