Thank you Monica Zill for your prompt response when I contacted you to inform you about two obvious flaws on the back of my Theater Seat. You requested a description as well as pictures of the flaws and in a few days a replacement back arrived safely at my door. Your customer service skills are exemplary in every way and your attention to my concerns was above and beyond my expectations!

Purchased the 4 seat curved recliners in black… Fantastic! Very high quality, and priced great . The company was very responsive to my questions and someone always picked up the phone and answered my questions. A few items didn’t arrive with the original delivery and they took care of the problem immediately…no hassles Would definitely buy from them again. Shara Jennet with customer service was great.

We had just purchased theater seating a few months ago and we loved it. Yesterday the power buttons quit working on one of the seats. Thank goodness I got Emeline Bishop on the phone to help us out. She assured me we could get this fixed without much troubles. She sent me a email explaining the wiring to check. When I did I discovered a wire was loose and easily fixed. We are even happier now knowing the support we have on our new seating. Teresa Jones

Was a little nervous ordering online but Tom from sales patiently helped me every step of the way, made good recommendations when needed, and ensured everything went so smooth. Item was delivered on time and assembly was so easy. When I had very small issue Emeline was checking in with me and making sure everything was right. Great Customer Service! Highly recommend after my experience buying from them.

Recently bought six home theater chairs from the Theater Seat store. The buying experience was great as well as the delivery set up and removal of packaging which was an option I paid for and well worth it. Overall very happy with the comfort of the seats, quality and the experience with the Theater Seat Store. After adjusting the seats in the room, I noticed a small part was missing on the bottom of one of the chairs. I emailed my contact at the Theater Seat Store who put me in touch with the service team and one of the representatives, Sarah, reviewed the issue immediately sent the part which was easy to screw into the chairs. Later she also followed up to ensure all was OK. I was glad to see that the Theater Seat Store has excellent service and follow up, which is important given the size of the investment. Overall, very happy with the seats so far and my experience with the Theater Seat Store. My family and I are looking forward to enjoying our new Home Theater.

Our furniture is great and only had a slight issue. Emiline, I’m customer service helped resolve the issue quickly. Helpful videos from the company were used along the way. Emiline even followed up with us, which was really thoughtful.
