Nick from sales was great to work with since this is the first time I built a theater room. He did not try to oversell and was very patient with lot's of questions that I had. After the seats arrived, there were a couple of issues with two (2) of the seats (very minor defect). Sarah from customer service was excellent and I was impressed how quickly she corresponded with me and provided me with replacements. As for the seats, we bought the Octane and they are really nice seats, great price. And I don't think it is common to get such great no hassle support.

Originally intended to purchase a set of SeatCraft off of Amazon... but after reading reviews changed our minds and sought another manufacturer and came across "The Theater Seat Store". Called to make sure the problems associated with SeatCraft purchases weren't the same with this company and they were not. First concern was shipping where other companies did shipping would only dump it at the curb side of the home and say "Later Dud", and if the warrantee was more than a year for construction, motors, and leather quality. Our salesman Tom listened to all our concerns, pointed out the differences between the construction, leather quality, motor mechanism in comparison to their competitors. Stated their leather was not the cheap Chinese quality, and that the motors were Swiss made and not Chinese as well, their extended warrantee was for five years, not one, add would include even damage that could occur by our mistake. We had several other questions that came up after we initally called Tom and had time to disguss amoungst ourselves about our selection. Tom gave us his direct phone number which we called three more times, and each time he answered or called us back immediately. We gave Tom the sale, and he followed up with calls and eMails after the sale to us until we received our chairs. We paid for white glove service and that is exactly what. we received. Delivery was prompt within 6 days of payment, they shipping company contacted us right a way lined up day and time, delivery driver contacted us 30 minutes before arrival and within the specified time slot promised. They took the chairs out of the packaging and crating, brought it in our home, assembled it, and then took all the shipping waste with them. Kind, courteous, prompt, clean and respectful. Just what we expected. I would highly recommend purchasing through The Theater Seat Store without and reservations.

We had something break on the console part of the couch. The warranty department was very easy to work with. They sent out a new piece within a week and the problem was solved.

Great seats

We decided on a home theater and wanted to take advantage of the labor day sales. I called many stores around the US and found this store to be very competitive. It is an expensive purchase and Francisco and Anastasia were easy to reach. Francisco went out of his way to be available and did not make me feel stupid for asking many basic questions. After the sale I was reassured by Shara in the post sale department that she was going to write a note to the drivers who assemble the unit, an explanation how to remove the riser ( its 4 bolts) so the 4 piece sectional can fit thru the door. She said she is working the delivery day and made a note to call to be sure it was delivered without problem. I have not received the product and will update once I do but the customer service matched the price. They are priced the same as their competitors and the installer of my video system suggested them. I chose them actually because the riser could be removed. A similar store near my home actually has the same unit but the riser cannot be removed. It would not fit thru the door ( need 32 inches). If you look at the similar stores with similar names the products are very similar and the prices are as well so it boils down to customer service. So far they get an A+

I spent quite a lot of time researching theater seats, and after careful consideration we went with the Octane seats. Theater seat store made the entire process extremely easy from start to delivery. The seats a high quality and extremely comfortable. Well worth the purchase price. the only thing I would like to see is an oversized recliner to be able to snuggle with the wife while watching a movie. If you are on the fence I highly recommend The Theater Seat Store.

Excellent customer service especially from Sarah and a few more employees. There were several issues with the first delivery company they used and a few damaged items with the next delivery, but Theatre Seat store responded within lightning speed very professional everything they said they would do, they did. If you purchased through them I highly recommend you ask for Pilot Shipping Company. (If in Miami) the 2 men they sent over were very helpful and courteous. Definitely “the white glove” service.

Nick was so consistent and responsive to all of our questions and concerns when we received our theatre seating. I highly recommend working with him. We absolutely love our new seating for the entire family. The expresso Italian leather is beautiful and the seats with the trays make for a true theatre experience. Now my hustand finally has a comfortable seat for football games and movies! Thank you Theater Seat Store for providing a quality and beautful product!
