Sarah Vollermer assisted me fixing a an issue on our new theater seating. To me it was minor issue that I honestly sent In email to customer service kinda forgot about it. Well, Sarah wasn’t about to let it set. She followed up with me at least 3 or 4 times.. there was no miscommunication, I kept forgetting. She just provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Such a pleasant and friendly young lady. I highly appreciated her, she’s a keeper. Dean

I bought 4 space saver recliners for my small family room and I am so happy with my purchase. They came packed extremely well and were delivered super fast. Easy to put together and very good quality. I normally don’t like buying furniture without trying it out so I was a little skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend The Theater Store!!

I ordered the Octane Azure LHR loveseat with itialian top grain leather in espresso on December 26th. It was estimated to be delivered by January 15th. It arrived today January 5th, 10 days early. The unit came very well packaged. Was very easy to assemble and looks very well built. Everything workes perfectly. Cant find any flaws in the finish or hardware. Super quiet operation. Here is where the opinion starts to get serious! This is "the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in". The leather is so supple, and the cushioning is very firm yet soft. The coils support my 300lbs very well. I do not sink into the seat as with most furniture of this type. I am getting old so getting out of a chair that sinks in much is very difficult for someone with arthritis like me to get back out of. This chair is very firm and easy to get up out of. It is very heavy. This is because the frame is very robust and the motorized parts are heavy steel. I could not be happier with the Octane seating or the Theater Seat Store. Time will tell about the durability but I think it will last a lifetime.

Always hesitant to order without seeing, but I was definitely not disappointed with the quality. Customer service was top notch. There was a glitch in the matrix when my order was in transit as a transportation contract ended, but Sarah pulled out all the stops to investigate, locate, and arrange for a flawless delivery (seriously, they were early, in and gone with not a scrap of refuse). I'm loving the comfort and quality. I like that the control buttons are on the inside of the chair and not on the top of the chair arm. With my old unit, it was too easy to accidentally hit the buttons, and occasionally, the cats would activate them. Getting lots of compliments on this set, and have now ordered the trays.

I received my seats and they were just as described. Not only that, they are absolutely perfect! We had them custom made and the Theater Seat Store did not miss even one requirement. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
