I purchased an Octane LHR CloudNine Massage Zero Gravity recliner for my husband for his birthday. The chair arrived quickly and exceeded our expectations. This past weekend however, the chair stopped working, so I contacted Charise at the Theater Seat Store for assistance. She was wonderful...she listened carefully and made it clear she was going to work with us until the problem was resolved. She then did some troubleshooting over the phone and helped us discover that the power plug on the back of the chair had become detached. It was a simple fix that avoided wasted manpower, time and cost, and equally important to us, allowed my husband to resume his heated back massages. Charise is practical, very friendly and delivers the best customer service!

Sofa was shipped within timeframe quoted and arrive in good condition. I hooked sections together for a beautiful looking sofa, however I noticed that the dropdown table in the middle section was built kinda crooked so I contacted Cherise in customer service and explained the problem. She opened a case and started working on a resolution for me and after both of us working on it we were about to come to a satisfactory resolution. Cherise was very professional and really worked hard to help get this worked out and settled and made the best out of this unfortunate situation.

We had ordered 3 chairs and only got two. The carrier said they didn't know where it was. I called your support and got Cherise. She put our minds to rest immediately. She said don't worry we will get this fixed. She started a claim and the carrier fixed the next day. Things happen and she dealt with it like a boss.

One of our chairs went out the night before I was leaving town for a few days. I left my husband in charge of communicating and figuring out how to get a part. He almost never tells me about his experiences with customer service, good or bad, so I knew when he raved about these folks I had to leave a review. From beginning to end, they helped him, from finding our order (from over 7 years ago!), to troubleshooting the issue, and so much more. Thanks for helping him through it. Cherise Sambel went above and beyond in getting me the correct replacement motor. Great technical knowledge, very good communication which is welcome when you are in this situation. I give her 100 out of 10...lol

The Theater Seat Store has the absolute best customer service. When I first called in to get information about ordering the seats, I was connected with Drew, and he was so helpful and informative! He did not try to oversell me and allowed me to think out loud regarding what I was hoping for. I am super happy with the choices he assisted me in making. Cherise was my next point of contact, and she is absolutely amazing to deal with. Any and all questions, concerns, issues were handled promptly and with the utmost concern for my satisfaction. Even though there was a small snafu with the delivery company and the setup of the seats, the interactions with both Drew and Cherise more than made my experience a "6-star out of 5-star" one. Thank you again to both of you for helping make my theater so much better!!!

I have had a wonderful experience since the beginning, Tom a great salesman, I think he could sale anything, great personality, and it made me feel welcomed .. Cherise,she was very patient with me, I had safety issues protecting me from fraud and she reach out to me and helped me through it by being so patient and nice..
