I purchased the Octane seating with heat and massage chairs - row of 2 on April 10. I Finally got them set up in my room of choice on 9/14. While it was a 5 month wait and there were a lot of headaches involved along the way with the most headaches at the end, the wait was worth it. With Covid, TSS did the best that they could to get my custom seats to me. At the end the logistics company dropped the ball and was not able to deliver my seats in my home and up my stairs due to a Covid outbreak. TSS refunded my white glove delivery money and threw in a couple accessories. While I had to pay a couple strong movers to move the bases of the seats up the stairs, they did what they could to make it right.

The seats are fantastic. Attractive for recliners, appear to be solidly made, and just comfortable as can be. But it was a beast getting them. They were 3 months late arriving. Blamed on COVID, which is probably legit. I imagine by next year, I will have forgotten that. Order early, and you will be happy once they finally arrive.

This company's prices beat the giant furniture store I was standing in when I called them. The guy was so helpful and the price so much better I bought the chairs from the website while still in the parking lot of the brick and mortar furniture store. Everything was very easy and straight forward. The reason for the 4 star rating was the shipping. You pledge thousands of dollars for furniture then you dont hear a word for 2 months. If I hadn't called I never would have known who the shipping company was. The shipping company thought I was a business the entire time. That caused confusion when the driver thought he was just gonna drop pallets on a showroom floor. Thankfully he was a fantastically nice and professional man who helped unpack the chairs. They were beautiful and undamaged luckily but the Theater Seat Store told me I would Inspent the chairs with the guy who unloaded them and if they were damaged he would take them away. Again, thankfully, that wasn't necessary but a potential issue. I would definitely buy from TSS again. A little more clarity and transparency in the process would get you that 5th star.

I would give five stars but for one of the chairs the power recline was not working. Seats are great to sit and awesome to look at too. Power Lumber Support and Power Headrest recline are terrific features. Very spacious. Customer Service, particularly Shara was awesome to send the replacement for faulty chair in no time. From order placement to shipping to delivery and setup was absolutely awesome. Arrived faster than expected. White glove delivery was pretty cool. Come to think of it, it is so easy to setup - could have saved a little with no white-glove delivery as long as they can drop it off inside the house. One thing that is little annoying is the brightness of the led lights. I always keep it off. They need to have runnable led and led strip should face the floor and not up. That would make it better. I will look at may be changing this myself. Awesome buy. Very well made

Excellent product. My customer service representative Devan Pander was phenomenal throughout this process. Unfortunately, the shipment took four months to process was still unsuccessful because the warehouse lost one of the chairs that I ordered. I only received four of the five chairs that I ordered. On the contrary, Devan Pander, her supervisor, and the finance team went above and beyond to do there best to compensate me as much as they could during these struggles. I am forever grateful.

The furniture arrived as indicated. I thought the theater seating was attached as indicated by the salesman however it was not. Been a month and still waiting for the swivel tables (1 arrived, 2 to go). Overall the delivery was great and the guys were courteous and thorough and the seating is very comfortable

This was not a cheap purchase at $3300 all in. Fortunately the delivery was and seats looked as advertised. Boxes and packaging looked somehwat damaged at delivery but the product inside was fine. Given the large selection my approach was to go and see some of the styles at local stores but not all were available. The Edge was the style I had a chance to actually sit in and thats the one i decided to go with.
