Sale was handled quickly and efficiently. Somehow sale was canceled and delivery was delayed. Not sure was at fault for that! Then I tried to find out what was going on with my order, customer service at both places had trouble giving answers. Finally delivery was made. Issues resolved and all is good.

The theater seats themselves are great. They are of decent quality and nice leather. The recline part works well. It would be nice to somehow adjust the recline so as to recline the back and legs separately though. The chairs came quicker than they had projected and were packed well with no damage. I had ordered a light and two tray tables at the time I ordered the chairs, but did not receive the tray tables for almost 2 weeks after the chairs. Which was very disappointing. Their were 3 power recepticals in my chair arms but only two work. I never got a follow up call or email until I got a call wanting me to review their chairs, at which time I mentioned the power recepticals and was switched to customer service. They told me sarcasticly that if I wanted all three to work I would need to order another light and then they would send a working receptical. Why have a hole in the arm for a receptical that doesn't work?? Also the light has no on/off switch so you have to pull it out to turn it off.

After ordering my 4 theater seats, but before delivery, I received an email promotion offering a 20% discount on the exact seats I had just ordered a few days earlier. I contacted their customer service rep and was told that since the seats had already been shipped, they could (would) not honor the promotion... now or future credit. I was very disappointed, but am glad that I ordered all of the seats I wanted as I probably won't be doing business with them in the future.

Already having problems with one of the chairs after one week due to faulty set up. The deliver guys had not idea how to put the 4 set together. One tray table arrived damaged. Design makes no sense as with tray table inserted in the knotch for using, the tray covers the drink holder.

I was very happy with the Seles reps at Interior Mark, LLC. They were very nice and helpful. But the "White Gove Service" team they hired are inexperienced. The two guys were struggling to figure out how to install the seats. They should have send an experienced team. I don't feel any "whte glove service" at all.

For the price the seats were a good deal. They are comfortable and received as described/viewed on the website. The quality of "leather" could be better, but you get what you pay for and they do meet my expectations. The reason I am giving the review 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the delivery. They did arrive in perfect condition (even the boxes), however the companies/set up for delivery was frustrating and could use much improvement. Unfortunately the last impression is the lasting one. Fed Ex freight made the first delivery. Either a mistake of the Theater Seat Store of Fed Ex..... Fed Ex did not have a phone number to contact to me set up for delivery. So I ended up getting a voice mail from someone at Fed Ex stating they have been trying to reach me with no avail and were going to place my delivery in storage (this was the first call and I don't know if they just contacted the Theater Seat Store to get my number to now somehow make that call?? Furthermore when I checked tracking online it would only say unable to locate with the number given, so never even knew they were awaiting delivery. Then delivery day came....We ordered 4 seats.... 3 arrived for unknown reasons. So we were inconvenienced later on to arrange once again to be home for the 4th to be delivered. The last chair was arranged with delivery via Manna. They gave me a horrible window time at 5pm the day before of between 11-4. Since I would not be taking the day off from work to get this chair (that should of arrived before with the other 3) I had to cancel. Manna then got approval for a late delivery a few days later of between 3-7pm. I then had to deal with broken delivery scheduling system of Manna..... Which then called me the before saying they would be there between 12-5. After clearing it up with Manna and them confirming they were wrong that I did indeed have a later delivery time (after begin placed on hold twice).....Delivery day come. Low and behold... I get a call before noon from the delivery people saying they will be there in 30 min. The delivery people had to wait for over an hour for me to get home as soon as I could to accept the delivery. Much to be approved upon with the vendors this company uses for shipping/delivery to avoid frustration and send out the full shipment as ordered....for I am sure for most people it's an inconvenience to even arrange to be home for delivery unless you work from home or unemployed.

The chairs are very comfortable and work as expected. The vinyl components feel and look very cheap. I expected that, like most leather car seats, the vinyl would be heavy and closely resemble the leather face. It does not. It is obviously vinyl and looks and feels like cheap plastic sheeting. I hope that it lasts. Good thing I got the extended warranty. Customer service at point of sale was good, however the delivery personnel were some of the worst I have experienced. I left a separate review for them on their website. I would expect that the TheatreSeatStore would consider changing their service or look into what they need to do to improve the service with their current one.

Great looking and great quality, but it took 12 weeks, not the 6-8 they said. They were the Paliser brand
