When delivered, one chair was missing the power cord. Ok, that's not a big deal, they'll send me the cord. Once I get the cord, the chair is totally not functional. Months later I'm still waiting for "approval from the manufacturer". Approve what again? You sold me a broken chair that didn't work from day 1....

AFTER 2 WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP 3 OUT OF 4 ACCESSORY PORTS BECAME LOOSE DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP AND DESIGN. I CONTACTED SALLY WHO WAS VERY NICE. SHE SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO HELP ME. I CONTACTED HER IN NOVEMBER AND IT IT NOW ALMOST MARCH AND THEY ARE NOT FIXED AND HAVE GOTTEN WORSE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE ALL 4 OF MY PORTS DUE TO ITS SLOPPY LOOSE FIT. THE TRAYS TILT AND ITEM FALL OFF. THE SAME PROBLEM IS OBVIOUS WITH A WINE GLASS. 2 PORTS FELL COMPLETELY INTO THE ARM OF THE CHAIR AND HIT THE FLOOR BELOW. TODAY I SPOKE WITH A GENIUS ON THE PHONE SHE SAYS " OH ITS REAL EASY ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS DO IT THEMSELVES ! SHE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME "SOME USE LOCTITE TO REMEDY THE POOR WORKMANSHIP FROM THE MANUFACTURER. HER ADMISSION THAT THERE IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WAS HONEST AND ACCURATE. SO OF YOUR HANDY AND DO NOT MIND FLIPPING YOUR HEAVY FURNITURE OVER NUMEROUS TIMES A YEAR . THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. ITS A SHAME BECAUSE TH MATERIALS USED SEEM TO BE TOP QUALITY BUT THE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOW QUALITY. I ASKED DO YOU HAVE AN INSTRUCTION SHEET? SHE SAYS NO BUT WE ARE WORKING ON SOME VIDEOS TO SHOW YOU HOW TO SERVICE OUR PRODUCTS YOURSELF!!! REALLY????!!!!!! .

The whole experience was bad. Delivery was almost 1 month beyond the original 10 weeks. The theater store sent me 1 email, (thanks for your order). Never heard any word about any delay. After 11 weeks I called them then they told me it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. I finally received the furniture intact. These 4 recliners are the worst and the most uncomfortably recliners I have ever had. This purchase was the worst decision I have ever made Think Twice before you buy anything from the Theater store their attitude was that of total disinterest. 1 gentleman did express concern but the other 5 acted as though I was bothering them because I wanted to know where my almost $5000.00 worth of furniture was.

I was researching theater seating for a client and settled on the Theater Store and had a great experience with Tom. He provided myself and my clients with all the answers we needed to move ahead and purchase 7 chairs. That is about where the great service ended! From the delivery to the missing and damaged chairs I am still waiting for the repairs and missing risers after 4 months. A simple task to ship the missing risers and replace a torn foot rest is still not fixed. The communication is lacking and the repair department doesn't seem to impress upon the manufacture that this should be a priority. We did purchase the full replacement warranty but that is a bit laughable. My advice is send it back and order a new one as it will certainly be quicker!

I ordered seats that were said to be the same as the seats that I asked about. I was told that the seats were the same as the seats that I requested, that was wrong. The seats that I received were smaller than I expected. My son has the seats that I requested so I know what I am talking about. It is a very distasteful experience.

Seats were shipped on time and then sat in the warehouse near my house for a week. They arrived in severely damaged cartons. The delivery guy rolled them off the end of the truck, didn't use the lift gate. The seats were damaged, so I noted the damage on the manifest, took pictures etc. After opening I found damage inside. More pictures, more contact with customer service. Didn't get the accessories I ordered. The next day, I call them again to find out what is going on. They say it has been assigned to a technician and they will be in touch. Couldn't they have told me that, instead I call. The seats are fine; but be wary of the buying on-line because they are poorly packed, delivery is sub-standard and customer service is a nuisance to them

Ordered on 4-9-15. Received on 7-7-15. You do the math. Clueless customer service people just repeating what I could see on the website about delivery times. I did get an email finally from "Brenda Cabrera" on 6-10-15 saying the chair would ship the week of 6-15-15. Big lie. As to the chair, it's very uncomfortable. The foam is so hard that it forms pressure points on the back of my head. Worse is the recline release which, instead of the usual handle, is a parachute ripcord-like device HIDDEN DOWN IN THE CRACK BETWEEN THE SEAT AND THE CHAIR ARMS!!! Even worse is the discomfort of the chair arms. Both arms contain a hinged storage compartment. They're hard, square-edged and uncomfortable in the extreme. And WORSE OF ALL is the "table" which stores in one of the seat arm compartments. When loaded into its chromed pin receiver, the table sits at such an angle that NOTHING WILL STAY ON IT. Everything slides off immediately onto the floor: Remote controls, cups or glasses of liquid. The only thing positive I can say is that the chair looks nice. But as soon as you sit on it, faults begin to be glaringly obvious. I knew in 10 minutes that I'd waited way too long for something I don't really want in my house. DO. NOT. ORDER. ANYTHING. FROM. THEATER SEAT STORE~!!!!!!.

The first purchase I was very pleased.... I selected top grain leather and power recline my purchase arrived fast and correct with no damage. The second purchase I ordered the same options top grain leather and power recline. My second purchase arrived and did not resemble the first, instead it looked very shiny and extremely wrinkled; bonded leather. I called and complained requesting that complaint be noted on my account and was told they did not know how they would handle same. The chairs look totally different. Unhappy!!!
