The control box on my theater chair failed. Contacted the TheaterSeatStore customer service and was greeted by Cherise. I am a 75 years old and was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism by Cherise. She ordered a new control box and when it came, was, once again, the point of contact when my installation of new part went south. She offered to do research on how to fix the problem (very kind of her). I happened upon a fix while inspecting my installation and was able to achieve a solution to my problem.
