Carla was extremely informative and very responsive with respect to problems I had with the controller for the chair’s massage and lumbar support functions. Carla and the company even went so far as to provide a new controller at no cost, even though the unit was beyond the warranty period. The theater seating that we ordered has been very comfortable and has been wonderful. But the greatest thing about the experience has been the people I have interacted with. Nick was my salesman and he was very nice and extremely helpful. The order arrived with a section of a sofa missing. So I have been working with Cherise from customer service. She has been incredible. I am so appreciate of how quickly she has responded to every question and request. She is friendly, excellent at her job and a joy to talk to. I have been so impressed by the experience.
