Placing my order was easy with the staff in the store. My room wasn’t quite ready as expected, but Cherise stayed in contact with me the whole time.

Your customer service is outstanding!

To be honest, Christina deserves more than 5 stars. I ordered an Octane seating setup online, originally ordering the straight configuration. After placing the order I saw that the same setup was available in a curved configuration. I called the general customer service line and got Christina. Christina knew everything about the Octane line and quickly got my order adjusted. Additionally, she managed the swap between the straight and curved pieces and arranged the additional delivery and pickup of the straight pieces. Christina is truly exceptional, I can’t thank her enough.

I would give Cherise at customer service 10 stars but only 5 are allowed. There was a minor issue with our delivery and some parts on back order. No excuses, prompt, courteous and resolved immediately. If my company was in a similar line of retail, I would hire Cherise sight unseen based on her communication and problem resolution skills.
