Thank you for your feedback - the team and I regret that you felt unsupported. During your time as a client, you had access to a 1:1 advisor and 20+ coaching sessions each week. It is true that we do charge a fee to retain this level of access to our services.

Hi Stephanie, There are several reasons why you may not meet the qualifications for working with us. Upon filling out your app, you selected one or more options indicating you are not an ideal fit for our company and yes, you were directed to a live webinar with our CEO. As part of that webinar, he gifted out a free copy of his book that is currently being sold. You did not have to pay for anything and this was a completely free gift. We are not recruiters and it seems this was the reason you were directed to the webinar.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t find value in the program and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. To clarify a few things: our training is designed for busy executives, which is why we provide short, strategic videos that are direct and actionable—many of our clients appreciate this focused format. We do continuously update our material, and we’re transparent when updates are needed, which is why we include an update sheet to highlight what’s changed. Regarding third-party software, we never mark it up or hide its use—it’s clearly mentioned in the onboarding and is commonly used in modern job search strategies. Most of our clients have found it to be a helpful tool when used in conjunction with our methods. The goal of our program is to help senior-level professionals stand out by building high-quality relationships and accessing the hidden job market—something very different from “walking up to a stranger.” It’s about making authentic connections that lead to better opportunities. Finally, we do offer live support via group coaching and private advising sessions. If the strategy isn’t working as expected, we encourage clients to take advantage of these resources so we can tailor the support to their needs. We’re always striving to improve and wish you the best in your career journey.

We’re glad to hear the program helped you cut through the trial-and-error phase and make strong, strategic connections right out of the gate. You’re absolutely right—when it comes to reaching decision-makers and making a strong first impression, having the right tools and approach makes all the difference. Appreciate your recommendation and we’re excited to see where your next chapter takes you!
