Very quick and effective process
Very quick and effective process. I received the kit within 3-4 business days, sealed up my item, and shipped it. My offer came within 3-4 business days after that and it was an easier process to hit accept and get my money! Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Easy and friendly staff
Offer was better than a local shop and the entire process was simple. It does take an extra day or 2, but was worth the wait for the shipping materials. Staff that I worked with were all friendly and texting made it easy for any questions from either side.

They made it so easy!
They made it so easy to sell my old jewelry. From start to finish, including sending in the jewelry to receiving my money, took less than 1 week. And, their offer was significantly more than what I expected. I definitely recommend them. Payment was sent to PayPal the same day that I accepted their offer. Great Customer service.
