Excellent in every way A+++ Experience
Excellent in every way. From first contact via email to the completion of the sale of my jewelry, everyone I dealt with treated me kindly, answered my questions and respected me (as a senior citizen they does not always happen). Received great prices for my jewelry...way more than was quoted at a local jeweler. Would 100000% come back to do business with Alloy again. So happy I found Alloy!

After searching for a company to sell…
After searching for a company to sell the last of my gold and silver I found this company, alloy, and glad that I chose them. After selling gold in the past and the headaches that I got this company, alloy, is the best. The safety precautions like sending a Fedex packet with no mention of the company name visible on the packet and taking the return packet to a Fedex pickup location. After sending my gold and silver it took only 2 days to get it and a day for them to examine what I sent I received the payout the next day what more can I want. A top notch company to deal with keep up the good work.

The whole experience was like…Christmas
The whole experience was like Christmas! I got the mailer, put the materials in and dropped it off at a FedEx location. It was received, I got a super fair offer, accepted it, and blam the money was in my account. This is fantastic customer service!

100 percent transparency
Alloy has the best customer service I have experienced. The process is clear, efficient and easy. They answer the phone and emails right away (real people with answers). They made me an offer the same day they received my jewelry, and it was a good offer. They pay via a method of your choosing and without delay. 100 percent transparency throughout.
