It's great that they have a calculator…
It's great that they have a calculator on their website to estimate how much you can expect to receive... the times when their offer was lower than the website, I was able to have them reevaluate and adjust to match the estimate. Great communication as well...

Absolutely wonderful experience
Leslie was my go to person and she was absolutely wonderful. We went over the way pricing worked, what items qualified for purchase and the different options for payment.During the call, we had a great conversion above and beyond the items I was selling which was really nice. Company is true to their word
Company is true to their word. The alloy kit arrived quickly, their communication was superb, and I received an offer the same day that they received my my scrap gold. I can't ask for anything else. They are conducting business the way it's supposed to be done.
