With only one experience, it is somewhat unfair to comment on the process, but my experience was for the most part favorable because I had a representative's name as a contact, and that was invaluable when, as a first time seller, I had problems or was just confused. I think you need a programmed interface that step by step leads you through the process, interfacing during each step by stating what is required..(contact info/item description) and designate a specific customer contact such as Leslie. Frankly I found your website confusing, but it could be my problem, not yours. I intend to use your company in the future, so you are doing a lot correctly, just add a more personal touch with a specific contact.
