Alloy provided great customer service
Alloy provided great customer service. Several people reached out to me and wasn't pushy. I had questions and each time I was given a quick response. I was the one that took a while to even look at the gold jewelry that I was going to send to the company. An offer was sent to me almost as soon as they received my envelope. I was surprised at the offer. Also payment was sent to me soon after I accepted. All in all I had a very good experience with the company.

A+++ Company. I am very pleased.
The company made selling my gold very easy. I previously owned a jewelry business and have knowledge of what my gold should be worth. Alloy was right on the mark with their offer both times I sold gold. I had an email issue that the company personally phoned me to resolve. Very friendly customer service.
