The same scammer is leaving the 2nd review for the SAME transaction. The first one he left under the name DTP. He tried to scam us by trying to send a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby, which cost $20, as a return for solid 18k gold GIA-certified high-end ruby. This person is being investigated for fraud. If any other seller suffered from his scams, please contact us. He claimed that the ring he received was not as advertised. He said that the ring is not made of rose gold, but it is made of yellow gold. When we asked to show us the ring, he showed us a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby. We said it was not our ring and again asked him to show us it, which he refused. When we explained that we would not accept a wrong ring in return, he insulted our employee, threatened him personally with physical violence, and called him extremely offensive names. We have the scans of his messages which our attorney will submit in the court of law. In the end, he tried to blackmail us by threatening to write bad reviews, which would ruin our business. This is what he is trying to do.
