Disappointment
Purchased the 3Doodler Start as a Birthday gift for my 11 yrs old and she got to use it twice. Clogged after 1st use and I was able to clean it out. Clogged after second use and we tried to clean it out before we put it on the charger. Unfortunately not able to unclog it. What a disappointment.

Hi Mike, We are sorry to hear that your first try with our product is not the best, this is certainly not the experience we want to offer to our customers. Know that we take continuous improvement and feedback to heart. We are always looking for ways to better our products. Jamming is not uncommon, especially as kids tend to sometimes cover the point of extrusion when doodling. If the plastic cannot get out of the pen, and instead builds up in the pen, then it jams it. The CS team has support calls that they can schedule to help you through unjamming the pens, and best practices too!
