I think that the filaments can be a bit cheaper and I would be grateful and very happy if there is a store in India where we do a lot of 3d work, cause every time the customs is so high, this time I bought for $64 but the customs fee was $25 which is too high so please help with this problem

I’ve always wanted a 3Doodler since the first time i heard of it a couple of years back. I then recently ordered my first 3Doodler, and i was extremely excited and almost couldn’t wait for it to arrive to Denmark where i live. I also started to get requests from the 3Doodler company to review my 3Dpen, before I had even received it. When I finally got it, i started out by reading all the instructions cause I wouldn’t want to break it. I played around with it for about two hours, and I loved it, I absolutely did. My art skills are terrible but I still had fun tracing phone covers and drawings. When I hit about two hours of use, the plastic got stuck, even though I clipped off all used ends after use and i didn’t leave plastic inside to melt. I then spent a long time trying to unplug it and it finally came out, but from then on, it always get stuck. I have done everything possible to find the problem, but no plastic inside is stuck or anything. It seems that it just cant push out the plastic anymore, that the thing pushing put the plastic strands is just terrible. I have never been so disappointed of a product at that price. I even bought extra packs of plastic when i purchased my pen, cause i was expecting more than two hours of doodling.

It is a good product. My daughter loves creating 3D things out of it. I have given 3 star because the plastic cords at times gets jam and doesn’t move. It is not even a year since we purchased and the rear end got detached.

The plastic gets stuck in my unit. And the flow is not as fast.

The doodler pen "Create" has worked good for a short amount of time and then tends to "slow down" or lose its power after repetitive use. I am on my third pen which is use to create math tactiles for a blind student. I tried to purchase the "Pro" version but it was out of stock when my last pen died and I needed a new pen ordered asap as the work I do with accessibility in a post secondary is time sensitive. It also gets really really hot on the tip so be careful if using it for extended periods. All in all-It is a great tool and has helped this student achieve success in pre-calculus level math courses.
