So I got two identical computer mice; one was defective. I wasted 20 minutes finding the way to "open a support request" with THE OPEN BOX and filling out the form. At the bottom of the page is a spam filter that is so out of date it does not work AT ALL. Thus the customer can never send in the support request. Had to go to PayPal to get my money back... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Buyers Beware! Don"t wsste your time in this store . It may be cheap, but remember you get what you pay for. Laptop screen screen quit working less then 2 months. They told me I must broke it and i am out of luck. They don't back thier product or look after their customers.

Ordered product. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Too late. Unable to get through for return assistance, always voicemail. Now 2 months later and NO credit to my account. DO NOT use them I finally sent a letter to the company. I received a rather curt response, but they finally credited my account. I would never use Open Box again- if you do and have issues- send a letter.

Waited a few days to get a game through the mail.and the game keep saying dirty or damaged disc after I clean the really clean surface again and again. 30$ fn waste

They had a problem locating my order to ship it. Then once it shipped they initially had no idea where it was. I called and submitted a ticket. Finally found out they gave me the wrong tracking info. So the order took more than 3 business days to arrive. I order it 6/19/17 and it is set to arrive by 7/3/17. I will never order from them again.

I bought an Apple tv 4th generation for $133 which was severely damaged: 1 the volume button did not work 2 I was unable to sign onto my tv provider 3 the Netflix app froze and stoped working 4 the screen button did not allow me to turn the tv on/off as it should 5 the remote stoped working at random I submitted a ticket for a return within the 30day no questions asked time limit. I have spent the last three weeks answering a list of questions (all of which were addressed in my initial email). After I returned the device (and tracking number confirmed it was received) the company stopped responding. I still have not received a refund. I've decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not receive a full refund by the end of the week. I would have rather paid full price at the Apple store and purchased a quality product than deal with this unacceptable product quality and customer service.
