Dear Steffen, The original has been sent to you twice. The first time on the 21st of Sep the same day we sent you the PDF online and the second time on the 26th of Sep after you wrote us and said you hadn't received the original, the second time I was the one who brought the document to the postoffice so I know for sure that it has been sent. We will now send you a third original, please confirm that the address you gave us when you ordered is correct: fuglegårdsvænget 2a 2820 gentofte danmarkk We do answer emails, you have written us once on the 26th of Sep at 17.05 and we replied on the 26th at 17.46. When it comes to answering phones, no we cannot always manage as we are overloaded with translation assignments and it is more effective for us and the clients to communicate over email. Dear Mr Thuijs, Most of what you write are incorrect! First of all you didn't order an original, you ordered a certified translation to be used in the US to be sent to you as PDF. We let our notary in the US make one for you. As we knew the purpose of the translation our notary suggested that you got yourself an original as only the PDF might to be accepted. After discussing back and fourth for a few days YOU decided that you didn't want to pay for a shipment with DHL as you thought that the cost for the translation was so expensive so we should pay for the DHL delivery. You paid in total EUR 63 for a certified translation made by a US notary! As you didn't want to pay the DHL fee the shipment was made with ordinary US mail. You didn't kindly request anything, you have been calling us 3-4 times a day, writing e-mail 3-4 times a day threatening to tell the whole world know how bad we delivered.. Mr Thuijs, we have kept every promise on our website and even made you aware of the fact that what you ordered might not be enough something you later confirmed yourself.
