Super stressful
Admittedly I messed up on my shipping address and I emailed like the website said I did the report a problem and I haven’t gotten to a single human being to respond at all this is super stressful. It sent back to you all with no word of what’s going on with it or my request. I just want my box at this point.

Alex, I am so glad we were able to get in contact and get you your package! Because you used an incorrect addresses, USPS sent your package back to us, which is why shipping took longer than usual! And apologies for the communication issue, you emailed us over the weekend, (our office is closed on the weekends!) but I am so glad I was able to solve your issue promptly Monday morning!
